About us

Founded in 2008 our head office is in Western Australia. Our offices are also located in Singapore and Timor-Leste servicing Australia, South-East Asia and the Middle East.

Our bespoke business service approach is based on a white collar technical recruitment mode. This, coupled with a mindset of flexibility, offers a long term business relationship which then permeates throughout our service delivery.

The focus of RFM is exclusively the offshore industry, filling personnel positions across the board. This encompasses deck, maintenance, support and technical positions, ranging from highly qualified positions like subsea engineers and hydraulic mechanics through to core labour technicians like crane operators, painters, and riggers.

RFM Offshore is committed to complying with the Work Health and Safety Act 2012, the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2012 and applicable Codes of Practice and Australian Standards. We understand the importance of a safe working environment and promoting a proactive positive safety culture, providing information, instruction, training, and supervision that is reasonably necessary to ensure that each worker is safe from injury and risks to health, a commitment to consult and co-operate with workers in all matters relating to health and safety in the workplace and a commitment to continually improve our performance through effective safety management.

We continually seek the co-operation of all employees, clients and contractors and encourage suggestions for improving our health and safety objectives to create a safe working environment.

Indigenous Engagement

RFM Offshore are passionate about Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander engagement, training, and employment strategies. Our team have developed a strong and positive relationship with many Indigenous individuals, communities, corporations, and foundations.  

Ensuring our business is culturally supportive and sustainable is important, we ensure specialised support through a carefully constructed and guided strategic plans, whilst always working towards diversity goals and values through genuine engagement.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have a spiritual and cultural connection with the land and the ocean. Through a supportive mentor-based structure we work with individuals to understand their strengths, what training they require and look at offshore employment and career opportunities. Our team guide Indigenous job seekers through their journey into job readiness by not just gaining employment but staying in employment.

RFM Offshore

RFM Offshore have delivered large volume manpower engagements with peak workforce of 700 personnel working across 8 offshore facilities (including 85 marine personnel at peak working on DP3 and DP2 vessels) Highest number of service contracts run by an Australian based offshore crewing company.
